Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
Please allow up to 4-6 weeks delivery time as our merchants may be shipping from other countries.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?Merchants are located in other countries such as Germany, United Kingdom and China.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
When Will You Ship My Items?
- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-6 days after payment.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped and also provide a tracking number.
- Shipping takes up to 2 - 4 weeks for US orders
- Shipping takes up to 4 - 6 weeks for International orders
- During off-peak months orders are processed within 5-6 business days and ready for shipping.
- During peak seasonal months, orders are processed within 9-12 business days and ready for shipping.
